Who is MANTL?
MANTL is a fast growing NYC-based FinTech SaaS company helping banks and credit unions grow. Community banks and credit unions play an important role in the US economy and at MANTL we are passionate about preserving that. Our mission is to use technology to level the playing field in banking. We do that by creating banking software that empowers banks and credit unions to grow digitally.

Since launching our first product in 2017, we have built several new products, tripled our headcount, and become cash-flow positive.

What you will do
This is an end to end sales role, from discovery call to close, for enterprise clients (banks and credit unions). We’ve already built a highly effective, proprietary prospect scoring model, and your responsibility will be to introduce these banks to MANTL’s product set.
We already have a number of enterprise clients in the space, and are adding more and more each month. Our lead generation has also been more effective than planned, and as a result we’re looking to scale inside sales.
What you’re like
- You have a track record of closing complex, 6-figure plus deals
- You have a track record of selling software to banks
- You are an expert in demoing products.
- You know how to manage your time efficiently.
- You can read a room, and manage a complex deal process - including numerous stakeholders.
- You know how to make a complex product digestible.
- You take a consultative, thoughtful approach to selling.
- You can maintain a strong sales pipeline and exceed quotas.
