As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be the face of Great Jones as you directly manage performance for a selection of enterprise partners and their growing portfolios. 

The right candidate will be someone who is excited about the opportunity to shake up the property management industry and service home owners in a lean and technology driven manner. This individual knows how to speak the language of property management, can interface with clients that know the business inside and out, and ultimately drives performance. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the direct line of communication for multiple high impact enterprise partners, each with portfolios of 500+ homes. 
  • Work directly with our enterprise partners to drive performance across leasing, turn speed, reactive maintenance, collections, renewals, and more.  
  • Join forces with Great Jones’ internal teams to hit metrics as established with enterprise partners, manage outliers, and solve any issues in real-time.  
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations using Great Jones data and experience to truly unlock next-level performance for our enterprise partners.  
  • Identify and develop solutions for pain points of our enterprise partners, always looking to continuously improve upon the status quo. 
  • Put yourself in a position to wow our enterprise partners with exceptionally high levels of servicing, leading to the opportunity to upsell and gain new referral partners. 

Requirements 

  • 2+ years of relevant real estate/property management experience required
  • Desire and ability to learn and adapt quickly in an ever changing environment
  • Tech literate: you can quickly learn and work with new tools and technologies
  • Experienced with Excel and Google sheets. Ability to digest and derive insights from data. Experience with Looker is a plus! 
  • Excellent oral and written communicator 
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Positive attitude and dedicated team player
