We’re looking for a confident and passionate leader to join our Enterprise Business Development team at our New York offices.
He/She must be a competitive, self-motivated coach with experience leading an inside sales development team, in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Our ideal Enterprise Business Development Representative TL is dynamic, an effective communicator and creative. The Enterprise BDR Team Lead will be responsible for building and coaching a team of EBDR’s that will be responsible for navigating accounts, strategizing their outreach towards decision makers and driving revenue for Sisense.
What Will You Do?
Recruit, hire, train, lead, coach and manage a team of Sales Development Reps who are responsible for identifying and researching prospective clients through a mixture of research, cold calling, personalized email campaigns & networking.
Motivate and maintain a high morale and culture of success for the SDR team.
Define, measure and implement best practices for Inbound SDRs.
Achieve quarterly targets set by management.
Understand Sisense diverse value proposition and sales pitch in order to effectively coach the SDR team to attract qualified prospects.
Provide ongoing market feedback reports and ways to refine positioning and inbound strategies.
Keep Sisense management informed by ensuring accurate and thorough records within Salesforce.
Weekly reporting on challenges, successes, and progress.
