Your Impact on Our Mission:
The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable provider growth from large medical practices. The successful candidate will work to innovate on our approach to existing clients with a focus on sustainable value maximization from large, complex organizations. This will require a natural bias toward process and repeatability, while also possessing strong flexibility and sales instincts to drive results from a variety of customer types. This person will lead and coach account managers of ranging seniority, including account associates who are tasked with systematically improving performance of medium sized medical groups on Zocdoc and account managers who are responsible for developing bespoke strategies to increase LTV of large practices.

Your Day to Day is:
- Commanding effective expertise in managing existing customers to maximize LTV, providing the ability to coach reps on how to repeat this process
- Leading and coaching enterprise account managers on the best methods to maximize the value of existing Zocdoc customers
- Increasing the value of the enterprise book of business by innovating on existing pitch and presentation practices, including developing new scripting, building new sales content, and partnering with support teams.
- Partnering with new business functions to optimize the onboarding process and facilitate a strong customer journey from lead to value-aligned customer
You'll be successful in this role if you have...
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth with sophisticated buyers
