ARTA is backed by notable VCs like Notation Capital as well as key players in our industry including Sotheby’s, David Zwirner Gallery and Rashid Johnson to name a few. We have validated we can produce results for both our merchants and logistics partners, now it's time to push the industry even further.
Objective
ARTA’s API, platform and team of experts connect merchants, both enterprise and SMBs, to a global shipping solution for specialized items and logistics. Our pitch? We help merchants sell more and expand their sales radius and channels by eliminating the inefficiencies in specialized logistics while lowering costs and overhead and improving the customer experience. ARTA enables commerce.
The objective is to work with CEO and management to put forth and execute upon a sales strategy geared towards selling ARTA’s enterprise API and platform to high volume sellers with existing technical infrastructure. You’ll focus on finding mid-market and enterprise companies who realize the value in streamlining their logistics processes and opening up new revenue and distribution opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for an accomplished sales executive with a track record of bringing in new clients and outperforming goals to help create a sales culture and processes here at ARTA to help accelerate our global growth.
Essential Functions
Will be responsible for building the sales strategy and the team to support this plan
Working collaboratively with marketing team to bridge together strategies across business units and develop materials that align with product marketing and sales initiatives
develop collaborative strategy materials and strategy around cohesively
Accelerating the growth of national enterprise corporate sales and revenue through selling ARTA’s products and services
Successfully importing your knowledge and experience, including knowledge of the market and personal network to develop and execute an effective long-term sales strategy and plan in the market
Building a team compensation structure that drives productivity, loyalty, and sound economics
Strategically prospecting by working with your team to develop a plan that ensures prospects at key companies know your name and how you can help them
Building relationships and selling consultatively to drive buying decisions of VP, Director, and C-Level executives at national enterprise companies
Participating and leading client and prospect meetings
Managing pipeline and sales activity with an ability to accurately forecast
Fostering a learning culture, focused on high-performance, agility, and creativity within the team
Recruiting, developing, training, and motivating a group of high achieving A-players, based on ARTA’s company values
Finding creative solutions to challenging problems
Effectively communicating thoughts and ideas with peers and leaders
Willing to risk comfort level and step into unknown projects/tasks
Requirements
5+ years of top performing sales experience with leadership responsibilities in a technology or saas driven organization
Must be focused and organized and have excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
Must be a highly intelligent, driven individual with an extraordinary amount of professionalism and common sense.
Must be comfortable giving and receiving criticism, asking a lot of questions, and taking ownership.
Must be extremely responsible, have an open and engaging personality, and a quick mind.
