QuadPay is seeking an Enterprise Sales Support Manager to join our growing commercial team to bolster our domestic and global growth. You will be partnering with our Enterprise Sales teams across all locations to share best practices and business insights and will support their success in enabling them to be more strategic and efficient. 

We are looking for someone who has worked with enterprise sales teams in the past and is highly motivated, detail-oriented and confident in collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams throughout the organization. You will represent Enterprise Sales and be working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Account Management, Finance and the Executive Suite. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to work autonomously and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment in which they can exceed expectations through personal drive. You should enjoy working closely with sales teams and be hungry for a challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all Enterprise pipeline opportunities; develop and manage a deal check list to insure all deals are being followed up accordingly and holding internal stakeholders accountable for timely delivery
  • Support sales team with pricing and constructing quotes/pitches and other deal related documents, acting as a traffic manager for all opportunities in play
  • Enterprise RFP manager, taking a first pass at answers and sourcing answers internally with subject matter experts to deliver accurately, on time, and of the highest quality
  • Ensure contracts, pricing, and collateral meet internal guidelines
  • Management reporting and metrics creation and management
  • Prospect and industry research, helping identify unforeseen opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Maintain clean CRM data for the Enterprise Sales team (opportunities, prospects, valuations) for prospecting, deal management efforts and reporting
  • Work closely with Merchant Onboarding and Legal to ensure quick and efficient launch of new merchants
  • Other general sales support functions including meeting preparation, event planning, and all other administrative functions to help source and close Enterprise accounts

About You:

  • Very detail oriented
  • Experience working with Enterprise Sales Teams
  • Passionate about working with SalesFast-learner and motivated by new challengesHighly proficient in Google Documents
  • Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce)
  • Humble and hungry to learn
  • Passionate about technology, with a keen interest in the payment industry
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Superb communication skills, ability to interact with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders

Our office is located in the beautiful Flatiron neighborhood of New York City and is half a block from Madison Square Park!
