Enterprise Solution Architect

About This Role:

  • As an Enterprise Solution Architect you are directly responsible for ensuring Enterprise customers get their business needs met while utilizing Talkspace existing capabilities or building new ones.
  • You will lead the technical aspects of the relationship with the customer - both pre and post-sale. You will build customer trust in Talkspace by proposing technical solutions that address the customer goals, concerns and objectives.
  • You will work closely with our Enterprise team and provide support in sales, implementation processes, and account management as the technical lead of the team.



    1. Understand how Talkspace’s customers use the product with their different needs around on-boarding, service delivery, reporting, billing and more.
    2. Participate in presentations with business development to potential clients which includes employers and health plans
    3. Understand the Talkspace platform capabilities, limitations and configuration options.
    4. Translate customer requests into business requirements and suggest alternative solutions to clients when appropriate.
    5. Define the product and/or configuration changes required to support a customer.
    6. Work with inbound product managers and engineering to define, track and test the development of the required product changes.
    7. Define and analyze success metrics for client relationships, including clinical, financial and user satisfaction.
    8. Work with internal teams including: Customer Support, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, Business Development and Technology to align on the strategy and tactics of the Enterprise product.
    9. Support the Business Development team in their different activities including pre-sales, implementation, launch and reporting, using your technical understanding of the product as well as understanding of their needs.
    10. Together with the Enterprise team identify and drive initiatives that directly impact top line revenue.
  1. Minimum Qualifications
    1. 5+ years of experience in technical architecture of web/mobile applications in one or more of the following roles:
      1. Pre-sales or post sales engineer
      2. Solution Architect or Technical Product Manager
      3. Customer Success Manager for complex technical products.
    2. 3+ years of experience in customer facing roles designing technical solutions.
    3. Strong proficiency manipulating data with SQL
    4. Healthcare domain experience.
    5. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required (ie: Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).
    6. Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team to focus and reach challenging goals.
    7. Excellent Verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
    8. Work well in a fast-paced, high stress environment with conflicting priorities and external deadlines.
  2. Preferred Qualifications
    1. Web or Internet start-up environment management experience.
    2. Experience presenting to C-Suite decision makers..
    3. Experience as a product manager or product owner.
