We are currently 30 employees based out of DUMBO, Brooklyn, San Francisco, and remote.
About Radar
Radar is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to drive customer implementations and provide technical consultation to our Fortune 500 and high-growth startup customer base. You’ll be a technical leader focused on post-sales efforts, developing customer-specific solutions and building out our technical post-sales strategy and processes.
As an early hire on the Solutions Engineering team, you’ll help define how location should be leveraged to creatively solve enterprise challenges. You’ll get the chance to shape our SE function and have lots of autonomy and impact.
You will report to our Senior Director of Solutions Engineering.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to complete customer implementations with a sense of urgency, ensuring high value use cases are realized.
- Develop creative solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of our customer’s business problems and inspire the execution of new opportunities.
- Act as a consultative technical partner to nurture post sales relationships and drive logo retention.
- Improve solution engineering processes and internal assets to enhance our customer’s experiences adopting Radar technology.
You should have:
- 3+ years of post-sales experience in Enterprise Saas or developer tools, providing technical solutions and recommendations to customers.
- A positive, proactive and passionate approach.
- Proven success managing and completing technical implementations while also balancing overarching account strategy.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, mobile a plus. ie. swift, node, javascript, python, etc.
