Compass is looking for an exceptional Escrow Specialist to play a key role in developing a world class Finance department based in New York City. The primary focus of the position will be to administer all aspects of Compass Escrow Accounts including incoming and outgoing funds, investigating account discrepancies, and managing customer service aspects related to these accounts. Additional responsibilities include coordination with the Accounting Team regarding fund transfers and preparation of ad-hoc analytical reports.

At Compass You Will:

• Administer all aspects of Escrow Accounts
• Analyze and research bank reconciliation items daily
• Reconcile funds received in Escrow with closed real estate transactions
• Manage inflows and outflows of accounts and regularly communicate with Compass team members, agents, and customers
• Serve as the first point of contact for account discrepancies
• Assist with monthly analysis and various ad-hoc reports
