As a Field Operations Administrator, you are an integral part of delivering Augury’s products to our fortune 500 and 1000 customers. As a team effort, you will be apart of building and streamlining field operations processes and systems. You will work directly with a product that is revolutionizing industrials by predict machine failures before they happen.

A Day in Your Life

• Provide specialized assistance to the Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Logistics teams by assisting them in sales-related activities to achieving business targets. 
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate field projects internally and externally while maximizing the value delivered to customers.
• Manage processes to book orders, order acknowledgments, and delivery confirmations to customers.
• Ensuring all pre-and post-order information has been collected, processed, and reviewed and follow-up to the necessary stakeholders to obtain the missing information. 
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues relating to customer pricing, terms, deductions, product changes, etc.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure on – time delivery to committed delivery dates. Manage product allocations as required.
• You are the main point of contact for the customer. You set clear expectations for the customer throughout the installation process. You ensure projects are moving quickly by keeping the team on track and always finding ways to increase efficiency. 
• Contribute to scale installations and service delivery by building and optimizing processes and systems. 

What You Bring

• Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role in a field, IoT, or sensor environment. Understanding of process workflow is required. Familiarity with CRM/ERP/Slack is an advantage. 
• Ownership: You are a hustler. You get things done. You love working in a dynamic environment and meeting goals under tight deadlines.
• Attention to details: You can follow a lot of moving parts and love to see a plan come together. You are extremely organized and focus on the process, with a strong attention to detail and works with a high sense of urgency, while being extremely accurate.
• Superb communication skills: You’re a great listener, understand people’s needs and requests, and able to pleasantly communicate other teams’ requirements. You work with a variety of customers and team members, through the use of strong customer service skills.
