The Role: 

The Gainsight Administrator will serve as a technical owner of our Gainsight instance, and help lead ongoing development and enhancements. You will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CSM platform to enhance all areas of our Customer Success and Professional Services processes. Your work will ensure the scalable, timely, and quality organization and tracking of our customer base, and ultimately help us better deliver instructional content that is transforming K-12 education.

You’ll be part of a team made up of training and sales enablement professionals, project managers, SFDC Administrators and Developers, and revenue operators who will work closely with you to ensure both individual and team success. You will also work closely with colleagues across the organization to identify, implement, and deploy new business processes that help drive revenue and retention and make a real impact to the business. We will look to you as a trusted advisor in helping us maximize the benefits we derive from Gainsight and our other Customer Success tools and help shape the evolution of our Customer Success tech stack.
