Through our social-first digital content platform, we help brands share their stories and experiences through a variety of executions: social, web, email, IRL events and influencer activations.

Bucket Listers is growing and looking for a strategic, data driven thinker to help us vision the next phase of our business.  This individual's role will focus on projects and initiatives that touch on sales, marketing, and audience growth. We are looking for hungry and passionate individuals to help take Bucket Listers to the next level.

Description

  • Gain deeper insights into sales performance drivers, sales ops, and marketing data to identify relevant patterns and trends
  • Develop actionable, measurable projects and programs that accelerate sales growth
  • Conduct sales territory and vertical analysis
  • Identify key attributes of clients generating highest revenue to inform prospecting and prioritization
  • Explore process automation opportunities across the sales team
  • Develop dashboard to manage all sales reporting
  • Inform audience and traffic growth strategy across web, email, and social channels
  • Research and implement audience/traffic growth tactics on our channels
  • Analyze best approach for programmatic ad optimization
  • Develop and manage account metrics dashboard
  • Explore optimal data driven sales and content approach plans to launch new markets around the world
  • Help prioritize the projects and initiatives that will truly make a difference.
  • Drive execution of action items agreed upon by senior leadership
  • Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large; this could include research, financial modeling, internal initiatives, new expansion explorations, and more.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about the Bucket Listers mission
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in management consulting or other analytical fields of work
  • Passionate about the social/digital media industry landscape/trends, competitive offerings, emerging platforms, etc.
  • Data centric approach to problem solving and process building
  • Deck creation master, has an eye for the little details that can elevate an otherwise decent presentation
  • G-Suite expert (Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • You are exceptional at task management, project management, and prioritization, with a proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
  • You have incredibly strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience with Streak CRM, a plus
  • You have strong interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
