Role Description: 

We are hiring a revenue leader to run our account management organization. You will be focused on expanding relationships with customers including Amazon, Pfizer, General Mills, Estee Lauder, and SAP. You will be responsible for net revenue retention, training and coaching our existing account managers, and personally driving upsells for our most important accounts. You will be in charge of implementing the right processes, working with our other members of the leadership team to introduce new products, and building a high-performing team around you as we scale. This role will report directly into our CEO.

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Extended record of success in quota carrying roles
  • Successful management of 5+ person team 
  • Experience selling into existing customers 
  • Early stage startup experience
  • Field sales experience 
  • Experience managing $50,000+ ACV accounts

What does your typical day look like?

My favorite thing about working in a startup is that no day ever looks the same. I spend my day fully engrossed in the software, doing anything and everything that comes my way including walking clients through the platform, running algorithms effectively for customers, matching students with jobs, and handling any issues that crop up.
