The Automotive Partnerships Team at Ampersand is leading the Auto industry's shift to audience-first, outcomes-based, cross-tier media. We are connecting Auto Brands to their customers throughout the entire purchase journey, with deterministic consumer insights and precise targeting, that enables a holistic approach to media planning, buying and measurement.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:• As Head of Auto Partnerships, you will own the OEM relationships at Ampersand - through deep involvement with client and agency account, planning and strategy teams and their unique marketing needs.• You will collaborate with Auto marketing leaders to develop Cross-Tier business partnerships - by leveraging AMP's AND Platform and Multiscreen TV/Steaming Portfolio to enable single-source audience-first insights, activation and measurement across all TV Investments.• You will partner with AMP National & Local Sales teams, to ensure AMP's Auto Value Proposition is being positioned and supported throughout the marketplace - while maintaining a dedicated focus on demand creation as a complement to transactional activity.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:• Have you spent 10+ years in the Auto/Media business, creating demand for your products and services?• Do you have a keen understanding of the Auto/Agency business and the wisdom to identify needs?• Did you grow up in the digital, programmatic or performance-based media world?• Have you built a broad reputation in the market for integrity, honesty and accountability?• Does your experience and expertise open doors to senior level Auto/Agency decision-makers?• Are you comfortable in the spotlight - whether professional or social?• Do you take a proactive, strategic and ambitious approach to developing new business?• Are you fascinated by numbers and the stories they can tell?• Do you love creating and cultivating new relationships?• Are you a self-starter who loves working in a fast-paced environment?• Do you obsess at meeting deadlines and being the best?• Can you motivate peers and customers to change well-accepted practices for the better, even when it's harder?• Do you communicate succinctly and persuasively and listen intently?• Do you take personal responsibility for the success of your company and clients?• Can you successfully manage immediate demands, while maintaining consistent progress on long-term objectives?• Are you fearless, relentless and resourceful?• Do you thrive in a matrixed organization, with multiple work streams and projects and challenging expectations?• Are you thorough and precise without getting mired in endless detail?• Do you have a thirst for knowledge and a quick comprehension of new information?• Are you passionate for thought-leadership and inspired to change hearts and minds?
