We're looking for a mission-driven VP of Partnerships to help lead Brigit through its next growth phase. Reporting to the CEO, you'll play a critical role in developing and leading our partnership strategy and execution including prioritizing the most impactful partnerships, pitching partners and negotiating deals that result in significant impact to the Company’s growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and formalize the Partnerships strategy for Brigit, with a clear set of objectives and deliverables by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the consumer landscape and your deep network of contacts
- Be responsible for sourcing, pitching, executing, and management of strategic partnerships capable of expanding our addressable market and recurring revenue growth
- Support acquisition and brand partnership teams in both exploration and execution of partnershipsBuild out a relevant and impactful pipeline of partnership opportunities and leverage on Brigit’s and our investor’s large network of senior relationships
- Drive strategic partnership negotiations from outset to ongoing relationship management Institute and monitor performance of different partnership programs across the right set of metrics
- Analyze internal and external data, as well as market and competitive trends, to inform strategic decisions around our product offerings and go-to-market approach
- Evaluate investment required against potential growth value to support business in prioritizing against existing work streams
Who You Are
- 10+ years with proven achievements in partnerships, business development, and sales with a deep understanding of direct distribution, marketplaces and integrated product partnerships
- You've originated and captured $10M+ in new revenue opportunity through new partnerships and/or new lines of business
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders internally and externally including product, marketing, and engineering teams
- Expertise in negotiating and executing contracts, balancing short term wins, long term upside opportunity, and risk
- Exceptional leadership skills and deep experience in negotiating complex deals
- Senior level presence with commendable influencing skills
- A deep understanding of our members and the ability to use this insight to find the optimal synergies with partners that will improve our customer experience
