We are looking for a driven, talented Head of Sales with expertise in scaling and growing a successful sales organization within the North America market. We offer SaaS-based anti-money laundering solutions, which help organizations fight financial crime! We are building cutting edge solutions that help reveal the truth for a safer world and stop money ending up in the hands of terrorists. You will join the Commercial Team, being responsible for setting the North America commercial go-to-market strategy and tactics to deliver company goals.

About us

Since launching in 2014, we have been on a mission to fight financial crime on a global scale. In that time, we have raised over $35m in funding, opened offices in New York, Singapore and Romania, and have grown to over 260 employees, and we're not stopping there!

We aim to grow to over 350 employees in the next 12 months, as we continue to fight the good fight against financial crime and help make compliance less painful for our client base of over 450 customers across 45 different countries. We're leveraging game-changing tech to help us on our mission, building our platform around AI, Machine Learning and Big Data, meaning that our platform is unrivaled in its capabilities.

The Role

  • Lead the sales team from the front (potentially in a player / coach type capacity initially)
  • Set the North America commercial go-to-market strategy and tactics to deliver company goals
  • Hire, develop and retain a best in class sales team
  • Build a strong sales culture
  • Engage with senior stakeholders – investors, regulators, large clients, etc.
  • Help the business build into key commercial markets (E.g. Enterprise Finance & Banking)
The Requirements
  • Minimum of ten years professional business experience
  • Smart, ambitious and motivated individual that doesn’t take themselves too seriously
  • Passionate self-starter that is self-directed and able to execute independently
  • Strong team spirit and able to work effectively in collaboration with others
  • Strong leadership skills; able to lead, develop and manage a large team of people
  • Keen strategic and commercial instincts and able to actively contribute to the company growth strategy
  • Track record in building teams and driving new business growth
  • Start-up mentality a must, prior start-up experience a benefit
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to manage senior stakeholders
  • Hungry to support/drive sales efforts and get help get deals over the line
  • Strong understanding of the broader financial services market a must, with experience in AML or broader Risk/Compliance and B2B SaaS software preferable
  • Willingness to travel around North America as required
