Cadre is looking for a dynamic leader to build out and drive forward our sales efforts. Reporting to the President, the Head of Sales will lead all direct to consumer, RIA, and sales operations efforts for the company.

Successful candidates are high-energy, driven business development leaders with sound financial services acumen and extensive experience selling investment products. WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Strategy

  • Analyze Cadre’s top of funnel performance to identify opportunities
  • Develop an innovative strategy and approach for active and passive sourcing channels
  • Lead and continue to improve our direct to consumer sales efforts by implementing new sales strategies to drive enhanced revenue for Cadre
  • Build out additional channels for distribution, including RIA

Conversion and Closing

  • Drive pipeline of new investors / consumers to platform
  • Acquire thousands of new investors / consumers and position Cadre as leading investment platform for individual investors
  • Reduce sales cycle for new customers to conversion
  • Expand reach of Cadre platform to customers (geographically, etc)
  • Create and implement customer / investor events and conferences to drive new investor leads
  • Expertly respond to customer inquiries and requests

Analytics

  • Develop and create analytics tools to drive detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities 
  • Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the business
  • Identify new trends ahead of the curve to differentiate Cadre from the market
  • Make actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
  • Effectively and aggressively manage trials to minimize sales cycle duration

Collaboration

  • Work in conjunction with the marketing team to create and execute outreach
  • Work with product to create product/brand adjacencies, affinities, display rules to drive greater conversion
  • Play a critical role in scaling and growing an industry leading commercial real estate investment platform

Network / Relationships

  • Attend industry events to generate new customer / business leads
  • Grow your personal and professional network through in-market business development, conference attendance and other active efforts


Other Opportunities 

  • Train, manage and mentor junior representatives to increase their success as revenue generators for the company
  • Regular and consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends in order to constantly keep the business at par or even age


WHAT YOU HAVE 

  • 10+ years of related experience within highly ambitious sales environments, particularly in financial services, fintech or real estate technology sales, with a proven track record success
  • FINRA Series 7, Series 63 and Series 24 certifications are needed to perform this role; candidates who don’t have all 3 may still apply but will be required to obtain the necessary certifications within the first 60 days of employment 
  • Proven ability to lead a team towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation, while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence. A suitable candidate will also have had experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches.
  • Interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust both internally and externally.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to business growth fluctuations, work comfortably and effortlessly in group settings, be a persuasive and charismatic individual, 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines

  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem resolution skills
  • Infectious enthusiasm to create something that helps investors to thrive

  • Clear and concise communication skills with a natural ability to ask for and close the sale
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and appropriately to meet target goals in a high-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar advanced sales automation tools preferred
