Overview:

Want to help build a world class technology organization that's turning renters into homeowners? Landis is looking for a Head of Sales to join a growing team. You will be working closely with and reporting directly to one of the Founders and be an integral part of shaping a compassionate and innovative culture that supports the company’s growth. 

This is a full-time position based in New York.

Where you will make an impact:

• Lead the team of account managers and sales people that interacts with real estate agents, mortgage lenders and homebuilders
• Implement workflow/automation to reduce administrative tasks for the sales team
• Partner closely with founders to set the metrics and steer the company
• Generate quantitative analytics and qualitative insights on how to improve the business

You are:

• A self-starter with high discipline, dedication, motivation and work ethic
• High productivity and quality in your work
• Excited to collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, finance and other functions

Your experience: 

• 8+ years of experience in business development at a real estate tech company
• BA required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
• Proven track record of managing team members to high performance at an early stage company
• Data driven: you utilize data to help shape the future of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high EQ
