We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a track record in working through complex Enterprise transactions in the Financial Services, Network and/or SaaS environment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a combination of strategic acquisitions for a diverse range of payment solutions in the eCommerce (i.e. IL, BNPL, Sales Finance) , Card Issuance (PLCC, Co-Brand, Commercial) and Distribution channels (i.e. Virtual Card, Platform-as-a-Service, etc..). This includes on-going management of the sales cycle, RFP responses, pipeline and on-going reporting to the Executive Leadership Team.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for leading Distribution and Platform partnership opportunities in the payments space
- Identify strategic verticals that maximize the potential asset and revenue growth in IL, BNPL and Card based Solutions (i.e. Amazon, Google, RBC, etc..)
- Consistently meet and exceed plan by deploying creative sales solutions that maximize lead generation and overall win rate
- Maintain both a national and international pipeline for distribution and platform-as-a-service opportunities
- Work collaboratively across ADS and Bread to drive complex transactions through sales cycle (inclusive of NBR process)
- Develop internal network of core sponsors to help minimize execution risk from lead generation through program launch
- Own internal RFP and external sale cycle from lead generation to contract execution
Requirements
- Proven sales executive with 10+ years of experience in managing highly complex sales transactions through elongated sales cycles. Experience within a larger traditional payments company is a plus
- Strong rolodex across the Financial Services and eCommerce space
- Accountable leadership and demonstrated ability to close
- Establish and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with C-level executives internally and at clients, prospects and partners
