About the Role
Uber Health is looking for a Health System & Government Sales Manager, Uber Health to join our team and grow our partnerships with Health Systems and Government Health Organizations across the United States. We're looking for an exceptionally organized virtual player-coach, reporting to the Head of Sales, who can think strategically while driving scale and eventually transition into a sales manager role.
What You'll Do:

  • Build a monthly pipeline of 20 national health system & government use case opportunities for Uber Health through net new prospecting, current customer expansion, and inbound lead qualification
  • Close 40 revenue-generating opportunities within the first 6 months
  • Meaningful progress with 4 or more RFP/RFI/RFQ opportunities, and/or GPO contracting engagements
  • Succeed in Virtual selling, while utilizing sales tools including Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Definitive
  • Blaze the trail, create a scaleable process, playbook successes and eventually lead a team to execute


Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience focused on healthcare/technology environment or similar: prospecting, pitching & closing
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience condensing a health system sales cycle from years to months
  • Experience completing RFPs, & Vendor Registration processes
  • Experience launching a new product


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a team lead or leadership role
  • Familiarity with Health System operations, clinical workflow, and decision-making hierarchy within health systems and IDNs
  • Experience with GPOs preferred
  • Has demonstrated success through adversity
  • Experience launching a product without reimbursement

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $158,000 per year - $175,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $158,000 per year - $175,500 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $158,000 per year - $175,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
