Healthcare Strategy Advisor

POSITION SUMMARY
The healthcare strategy advisor will be a critical contributor to the healthcare sales team. The advisor will be responsible for developing exciting new health service offerings to complement Payfone's existing solutions surrounding Authentication and Identification of health recordholder and patient strategy.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of the Healthcare Sales team, the Healthcare Strategy Advisor will:
  • Research the operating model, business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals and growth strategies of assigned accounts

  • Develop a detailed account strategy for each account in your region.

  • Become the trusted healthcare advisor by providing insights on industry trends, competitive landscape information and healthcare legislation information to the prospective clients

  • Cultivate and leverage your relationships with the account's stakeholders to build toward a full solution sale

  • Identify deal growth potential and develop strategies to increase customer awareness and expand on our deal offerings

  • Coach the sales team to meet and manage customer expectations through the sales process

  • Leverage internal tools to understand the customer's business needs and provide targeted solutions that include both software and services.

  • Participate in customer meetings and add value to move the process from demo to closure

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Client-facing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare market, trends and value-based healthcare trends

  • Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated customer follow-up

  • At least 5 years of strategy development, growth and value creation

  • Demonstrated aptitude consulting across a diverse portfolio of solutions in the Healthcare space

  • Experience advising accounts that are characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers

COMPENSATION
A compensation package composed of a base salary, bonus, and equity will be structured to attract a uniquely qualified candidate. Excellent health benefits are included. No sponsorship will be provided.
