As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will serve at the frontlines to help eCommerce executives and business owners figure out the right solutions to make a positive impact on their business, all while balancing a quota that drives qualified leads into our sales pipeline. A consultative and collaborative position, our ISDRs take pride in evaluating, educating and fully understanding the needs and goals of our prospective customers. A stepping stone into the broader marketing function at Yotpo, you will have a significant impact on the growth of Yotpo as an organization while growing your marketing skill-set in content creation, demand generation and marketing operations.

The Role:

  • Educate inbound leads or existing customers on Yotpo’s offerings to best fit their business needs and goals
  • Work closely with SMB Account Executives to generate qualified business to the sales pipeline
  • Manage metrics, KPIs, and conversion rates to track progress against goals, all while ensuring that Yotpo’s demand generation machine is running smoothly
  • Utilize our substantial tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Siftrock, Drift, etc) to not only develop your technical abilities, but ensure that our lead transfer process is hiccup-free.
  • Consistently contribute enthusiasm, support, and encouragement to other SDR team members as a leader on the sales floor
  • Collaborate with members of the marketing team, which this role reports directly into, in order to create content, shape demand generation and structure marketing operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional client-facing and phone experience
  • The ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Aspiration to develop the skills necessary for a long-term marketing career
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate while developing skills in a dynamic team environment
  • A genuine interest in providing a solution that enables businesses to strategically grow through utilization of customer input
  • Willingness and desire to receive and implement feedback to further improve consultative approach
  • The drive to consistently achieve defined goals
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply
