Safe Drive Systems is a complete end-to-end solution for fleet companies. We install preventive technology on vehicles that alerts the drivers when they're in danger of being in an accident or deviating from their lane. Our technology is radar-based and can operate in all weather conditions, day or night. This system integrates directly into our Fleet Management software which allows Safety Managers to see, in real-time, the location of their drivers as well as several other key performance indicators such as: Eco and safety scores, detailed crash reports, harsh braking or acceleration, and scheduling maintenance. 

About the Role

Safe Drive Systems is looking to hire an Inside Sales Rep to help work deals from the top of the sales funnel all the way down and through to the 'Closed Won' stage. You will grow our business by reaching the right people at the right companies, creating need, demonstrating value, and bringing them onboard as customers. You excel in high-energy and open environments, are not afraid of rejection, and relish dealing with all the challenges that growth creates. You are also open-minded, creative, consultative, and diligent. 

You Will

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build regular campaigns and systematically improve the lead qualification processes.
  • Consistently produce a high level of outbound prospecting activity.
  • Analyze industry trends and segments to create new sources of qualified leads.
  • Utilize CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified opportunity goals.
  • Maintain an up to date technical understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions.

The Expectations

In your first 10 days, you will learn about Safe Drive Systems and become proficient in the product. We believe that it is necessary for you to build this foundation so you can successfully grasp Safe Drive Systems' sales strategy. Upon completion of your first two weeks, you will have the ability to manage inbound and outbound leads effectively.

After 30 days, you'll understand the entire sales cycle, our processes', the resources we use here, and be able to manage any leads that come in, from start to finish, with proficiency. 

You Have

  • Experience collaborating and developing positive business relationships.
  • Worked with deadlines, effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Gathered and used data to inform and persuade others.
  • Developed compelling strategies that meet targets.
  • Experience with CRM related tools (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, PandaDocs, Zoom, etc) and lead qualification-related applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • 1+ years Inside Sales Experience.

Our Benefits

  • Base salary and an uncapped commission model.
  • Sick and Vacation pay are offered after 90 days.
  • Benefits are not currently available but are a part of our future plans.
  • Work happy hours and catered food
