What we do

Noken offers a whole new end-to-end travel experience. From the moment of ideation, our innovative planning tool breaks down your trip-planning into a series of guided decisions. You can easily design a seamless trip from scratch around your interests and budget and book everything in one easy transaction. No more digging through hundreds of websites and reading millions of reviews! After booking, you receive a custom App Guide that matches the trip you designed, organizes your daily itineraries and reservations, equips you with offline navigation, provides local tips and on-trip support, and empowers you with all you need to know to tackle your trip.

 

What you’ll do

Although our website enables anyone to easily build a trip, many of our customers still look for guidance around their decisions, as they are often looking to trust their dream vacations with us.

As the frontlines of Noken, you’ll be talking to potential customers on the phone, explaining the value of traveling with Noken and advising them on their trip. With a full grasp of our tech and itineraries, you’ll learn the customer’s needs and adapt the itineraries around their requests.

You’ll be in the in-house expert on a handful of Noken countries, leveraging and enhancing our internal knowledge tools.

You’ll take responsibility of the full sales cycle of the customer, ideating on trips, managing conversations to close, working within our sales management system and processes, and creating new sales strategies. 

 

Who you are

  • You are a motivated, self-starter who is excited to take a leading role in our growing sales team and be a thought-leader in our sales operations.
  • You are outgoing, confident, comfortable on the phone, and enjoy conversing with a wide range of personalities (i.e., you don’t shy away from parties/small talk)
  • You are organized and comfortable using technology and software to increase your efficiency
  • You pick up things quickly, and you assume ownership of your work.
  • Other details: college degree, English proficiency, sales experience isn’t required
