We are opening a new office in NYC and looking for a killer salesperson to help us build our amazing sales team and reach our ambitious goals. We're scaling rapidly and it's imperative for us to find a candidate who embraces challenges, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding.
While you'll definitely focus on boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability, we really care about our customers and are committed to providing them with the best service and experience. That means we need someone who's also kind, compassionate and committed.
The Role:
- Contact existing and high-quality lead to sell our product
- Build trust and lasting relationships with our customers
- Provide customized support to customers to finalize the sale
- Coordinate sales efforts team members and other departments
- Become an expert on our product and features to discuss available options with clients for upgrades
- Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Requirements:
- Native English, proficient in other languages a plus
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or account management experience at a SaaS company
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- The ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Lots of energy and a driven personality
