The mission of the Customer Success group is to create a delightful experience for every stakeholder engaging in the ad revenue activities within Holler. Our goal is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner, and the purveyors of truth to the sales and marketing organization through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. Our function is to ensure that the advertiser understands the value that Holler brings in regards to media and that they start to build us into their media plans with the idea that conversational media is absolutely an essential part of their media buysWe also identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives that will help drive growth for Holler, our partners, and brands.

 

As part of the Customer Success team, the Jr. Account Manager plays an integral role in the growth and success of both Holler, our clients, and partners. Sitting at the center of the business, the Account Manager touches every part of the Holler ecosystem. From helping brands to build meaningful relationships with their consumers through thoughtful and relevant contextual content, to helping agencies navigate the messaging space on behalf of their clients.

 

Based in New York, this role will work cross-functionally across multiple teams including sales, marketing, product, finance, and our studio teams. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious and a fast learner, be able to work independently and be comfortable with ambiguity, whilst keeping focused on high impact projects. With a passion for creating excitement and building, this candidate is a strong operator with a keen understanding of and passion for looking at data and patterns in order to manage optimizations for our advertising products. They are quickly able to ingest information, dissect it and turn it into an effective scalable format. With one foot in marketing, this candidate thinks about the brand impact and how Holler can help those brands be most effective in this space.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Media/account planning: Under the guidance of the Account Manager this role will work with brands, agencies and sales partners to craft and deliver thoughtful, impactful media plans to our clients.  
  • Campaign management: Using the internal tools, flight, launch and optimize brand campaigns.
  • Client reporting and data analytics: In addition to the normal campaign reporting, conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry, and campaign) to derive insights that will drive the relevance of branded content, increased user interaction and wider distribution.
  • Revenue growth: Analyze campaign performance, client marketing initiatives and industry trends to identify levers for driving revenue growth.  
  • Strategic projects & initiatives: The customer success group is in a hyper-growth stage, we are building the infrastructure of the department. Develop projects at the regional level that have the potential to scale at a global level.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate media campaigns and strategies.
  • Identify and understand clients and their target audience. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results in a timely manner.
  • Experience working cross-functionally on different projects.
  • Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong Google Suite skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new tools and skills quickly.
  • Desire to grow a career in a rapidly scaling organization.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant internship experience.
