FanDuel Group is looking expand VIP department for our online casino brand Betfair and as such is looking to recruit a VIP account manager to look after our most important clients.

As a VIP Account Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of high net worth customers, looking to build strong relationships with our VIP customers in order to increase their loyalty and provide an excellent all round experience. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have an experience in customer facing environment, very good understanding of VIP Management and a genuine passion for the online gambling industry. It is imperative that this person has a take-charge and can-do attitude, has strong social and people skills with the ability to build trust. We are looking for someone, who is friendly, patient and enthusiastic with an ability to use common sense and display good judgement. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of High Value Players who you will provide an enhanced proactive one stop service to encourage loyalty and increasing satisfaction levels.
  • Develop these accounts with regular correspondence and tailored offers and rewards.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly VIP player activity monitoring and reporting; wagering, revenue, win/loss and player generosity levels.
  • Generate and organize weekly potential, active, lapsing and lapsed VIP lists for you to proactively contact in a timely manner, with appropriate offers and treatment.
  • Manage and organize offline VIP events; ensuring high standards are met.
  • Provide VIP activity reports to the VP US Casino on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Set up comps and bonuses for VIP players according to guidelines.
  • Liaise with Customer Services to help them with promotional and product enquiries.
  • Meet pre-determined productivity, quality and SLA weekly, monthly and quarterly targets and ensure team members do the same.
