Description:

WeWork is hiring a General Manager to work on our Global Key Accounts Team based in New York City. In this role, you will ensure the success and growth of a current book of business with a Fortune 100 account(s). You will deliver extraordinary customer support for your client. You will develop strong relationships in and around the account. You will cultivate new partnerships and consult with clients to uncover their business needs. You will educate clients on how WeWork products can impact their top and bottom lines.

Responsibilities:

  • You will act as the main point of contact for servicing clients, resolving client issues in a timely manner and proactively coming up with client centric solutions

  • Develop a global account strategy for all of WeWork’s Enterprise product lines – e.g. WeWork, Powered by We, Global Access etc.

  • You will partner closely with the WeWork Growth and Product Development teams to ensure that the onboarding of new clients is accomplished in an efficient manner

  • Ensure agreed upon deals are successful by consulting with clients on their business objectives and delivering product solutions/results to exceed expectations

  • You will be working closely with the client’s C-Suite (i.e. CFO, Head of RE, Head of HR, COO, etc.)

  • Develop close relationships with brokers and vendors (i.e. construction, facilities, etc.) tied to the client

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of sales and/or account management experience

  • Bachelors Degree from a top university, Masters Degree, MBA is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new methods, procedures, techniques

  • Will thrive in a hyper-growth, startup environment

  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision

  • Deep understanding of commercial real estate, real estate technology, construction, workplace strategy and architecture is a plus

  • Experience using Salesforce, MS Office, Slack and Google enterprise suite of products is a plus

  • Strong history of quota / P&L overachievement
