Responsibilities:

As a Lead Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be a partner for both clients and our teams in the delivery of Unqork's platform and services. The Lead Customer Success Manager will guide customers through technical and business issues to promote greater adoption, value, and usage of Unqork.

  • Be a long-term strategic relationship manager; you will provide continuity from sale to production and beyond
  • You will develop executive relationships with CXO level and business leaders
  • Drive the post-sales engagement across customer onboarding, implementation, technical support and long-term advocacy
  • Establish health and success metrics; analyze data across portfolio for pro-active management
  • Find and address risks; ensure customer needs are met with quality and work toward defined Customer outcomes
  • Manage account renewals for your customer base, collaborating cross organizationally on quarterly business reviews, retention strategy and upsell initiatives
  • You will help create new use cases, which include architecture foundations, and use good configuration practices
  • Be the Voice of the Customer, advocate for customer needs including feature requests and support escalations. Partner with Unqork Platform and GTM teams on productization, templates, and features
  • Create customer advocates to produce references, referrals and case studies

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical delivery or customer success in SaaS organizations - especially growing organizations
  • Specific experience in Enterprise level client relationship management, technical delivery, product management, establishing metrics, and managing a portfolio of key customers
  • Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive value
  • Subject matter expertise in Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Federal
  • Must have technical knowledge and a desire to learn the Unqork platform
  • Combination of both commercial orientation and solution-minded approach
