Responsibilities:

• You will report to the Sales Enablement Manager.
• Oversee the onboarding program by creating and delivering a learning onboarding experience including assessments and live/digital training for all GTM roles
• Use a blend of training methods to promote learning retention and scalability in a fast-paced remote environment
• Facilitate trainings to increase knowledge of the Unqork product, pitch, personas, across all GTM functions
• You will work with GTM leaders to help customize onboarding to their individual departments
• You will work with RevOps to assess ramp of new sales hires through a 30-60-90 program

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Sales Enablement with organizations in the SaaS space, bonus if you have a background in sales or education
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• The ability to engage the room while presenting
• A propensity for explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct and concrete way
• Can do attitude with the ability to motivate team members
• Bonus if you have instructional design experience
• Bonus if you have familiarity with MEDDICC
