Joining Collibra’s Product Sales Engineering team:

  • Product Sales Engineering is a global team within the Sales Engineering function that provides accurate and timely product technical expertise to internal customer facing teams, prospects, customers and partners to improve sales execution and customer success
  • In this role, you will collaborate with Enablement and Education functions to help define and create educational experiences that cover foundational and advanced technical concepts of the Collibra platform to onboard and enable Sales Engineering, other internal technical teams and partners
  • In this role you will work as One Collibra, collaborating and building relationships cross-functionally and across geographies for the larger team’s success

Lead Sales Engineer: Product Specialist at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Designing and maintaining up-to-date content and assessments to help Sales Engineering, other internal technical teams and partners understand our products from a functional and technical perspective to reduce time to productivity
  • Acquiring technical product knowledge continually in order to facilitate best practices in all programs
  • Collaborating with fellow team members and other internal departments to ensure accurate, effective technical enablement content

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent knowledge
  • Designed, developed, measured, and refined high quality enterprise software technical educational content for the enablement of internal and external audiences 
  • Demonstrated a quantitative and qualitative impact of your educational programs

You Are:

  • Able to readily absorb and comprehend new technologies and learn quickly
  • Able to communicate effectively, in English, via multiple channels (verbal, written) with technical and non-technical staff across internal and external organizations
  • Someone with ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams across several geographies
  • Focused on impact, through enabling the success of others with a team mentality

Reporting to Collibra’s Manager, Product Sales Engineers, Lead Sales Engineer - Product Specialist measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will have built relationships with key stakeholders, learn about our product offering and have completed at least one Collibra University learning path
  • Within your third month, in partnership with the Enablement function, you will have mapped out short, medium, and long-term enablement opportunities and priorities
  • Within your sixth month, you will have built content for at least one technical certification
