We are looking for an L&D Specialist who will focus on sales enablement. This individual will be responsible for enhancing sales team competencies through development and delivery of training programs that will improve performance and understanding of Pinterest’s core products, values, and required job skills. They will work cross functionally with Sales teams and leaders to align L&D offerings into a single learning roadmap for our Sales orgs.
What you'll do:
- Deliver relevant training curricula and materials to provide understanding and clarity across Pinterest products, related industry insights and effective sales skills
- Execute eLearning strategies through Pinterest’s learning management system
- Conduct needs assessments to determine training strategy, in partnership with sales teams and leaders
- Manage tactical and organizational needs for training and learning
- Assess and improve upon the impact of existing training offerings through effective measurement and assessment of programs
- Be an expert in learning and development resources and opportunities at Pinterest to provide exceptional service and guidance to our clients and partners
What we're looking for:
- Background in building certification level curricula
- Demonstrated ability to connect across teams, and drive alignment at senior levels
- Proven experience working cohesively on a cross-functional team
- Background in sales enablement/sales skills program design and management
- eLearning experience
- Development and delivery of both technical and non-technical training
