About the Job

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Leasing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be part of our Leasing team and will be focused on creating and executing processes to lease our many homes as quickly as possible. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to develop a detailed understanding of our business and is excited about helping us grow quickly and in a high-quality fashion.. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Writing accurate and attractive marketing listings for our hundreds of properties to market to prospective tenants
• Communicating with third-party vendors, including ordering photos from photographers, ensuring our listings are being advertised on all partner websites, and making sure internal team members have collected all data to enable us to accurately market our properties
• Reviewing applications to confirm prospective tenants pass our background check requirements
• Inputting data across multiple platforms and spreadsheets to ensure tasks are being completed and processes are being followed

• Excellent communicator: you have strong written communication skills and are comfortable working with others via email and by phone
• Great organizer with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and see all through to completion
• Detail oriented and reliable: you don’t let things slip through the cracks
• Positive attitude and eagerness to get tasks done well, no matter how big or small
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems in real time

Desired Experience 

• 1-3 years professional experience in a customer facing role
• Comfort with Microsoft Word and Excel

Target Earnings

• $17/hr
