Managed Service Lead
The Managed Service Lead is responsible for leading and managing the Managed Service team and building the infrastructure to support the growth of this team. The Lead will own the revenue for the Managed Service business in the US and will work closely with the team in Helsinki to ensure collaboration and alignment.
As a Managed Service Lead at Smartly.io, you will
- Support customer facing team to deepen relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with the Sales team on delivery, positioning and product fit
- Responsible for the Managed Service function by closely managing the delivery of products and services with strict financial controls
- Ensure and monitor that processes are in place to pro-actively protect consistent service quality to meet contract expectations
- Creating and implementing standardized processes and improving on existing methodologies, including departmental structures and organizational improvements (identifying patterns that can be used to scale)
- Focus on growing the business by smart usage of technology and automation rather than scaling the headcount
We're definitely looking for you, if you
- 7+ years of experience in sales/account management/customer success roles with managed service products
- Product experience is a plus
- Proven track record in leading and managing Managed Service/Customer Success teams
- Experience working cross functionally with sales, product and customer success
- Experience in high growth, fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both as a manager and as a hands-on contributor
- Incredibly fast learning skills
- Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical
