About the Role
The Uber Health Team is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and hands-on leader to further the growth of Uber Health. The Manager, Account Management is a player-coach that will play an integral role within a cross-functional business unit, executing against the vision and strategy for Uber Health. They will oversee a pod within the greater account management team as well as own their own portfolio of strategic accounts. The Account Management Lead will be responsible for growing revenue within their book of business and thriving as a leader in a fast-paced technology company.
What you'll do:

  • Be accountable to revenue growth targets with key strategic accounts
  • Develop meaningful partnerships by proactively understanding client needs, including their strategic priorities
  • Oversee a pod of account coordinators and account managers
  • Work across functions to continually seek new solutions for team efficiency and customer challenges
  • Drive forward the future vision of Uber Health with our product team and help sell that vision to our customers
  • Passionately prioritize the service needs of our customers
  • Develop process and system improvements to raise the bar of execution continually

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, client services, client success, business development, or similar role in the healthcare space
  • 2+ years of people management experience; Strong track record of coaching, guiding, and leading a team
  • Experience working within the U.S. healthcare industry with a firm understanding of payers, providers, healthcare trends, and regulatory requirements
  • History of forming and executing partnerships across multiple decision-makers within large healthcare enterprises
  • Extremely proactive, self-starter with strong project management and execution skills
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consultative enterprise selling experience within Healthcare
  • Familiarity with and/or experience in Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, digital health, value-based care, and benefits design / medical claims management
  • Experience managing channel partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high relationship quotient
  • Analytical mindset
  • Experience in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
  • MPH, MBA, or MHA preferred

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $122,000 per year - $135,000 per year. For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $135,000 per year - $149,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $135,000 per year - $149,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $135,000 per year - $149,500 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $135,000 per year - $149,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
