Our software analyzes data from the entire marketing ecosystem, surfaces insights about each and every customer, then integrates those insights back into the same marketing tools so it’s easy for companies to take action. We work with some of the biggest brands in the world (Ann Taylor, Guess, PacSun, and more), and we’re looking to build out our sales team to accelerate our growth.

Following our Series B, we are excited to continue our success and growth as we seek a manager to oversee, manage, mentor and coach our business development team. In addition to working with our head of marketing on strategy for increasing our pipeline and over all top of funnel; you’ll also manage the teams efficiencies and help optimize the function by implementing processes, systems and tools. Our team is currently small but growing! You’ll start off with managing a team of 6 and grow from there.

Did we mention you’ll also be on the forefront of building that team? Wow! Lots to do, lots of impact, almost immediately!

The ideal candidate has managed teams before, worked in the enterprise space and has mastered the art of selling SaaS products. You think big picture about training, development, metrics and overall team effectiveness. You are a player, MVP level but also a decorated coach. You get satisfaction in watching your team grow and succeed! You think positively and have been known to inspire others. When the going gets tough, you don’t get going, you get motivated and creative.

Day to day, you’ll lead the following efforts:

  • Coaching and feedback sessions with BDR team, making the team successful is the ultimate goal
  • Oversee and manage metrics and productivity of the team
  • Work across team to help with top of funnel strategy to increase SAL’s for team
  • Build and iterate on prospecting strategy and initiatives
  • Work on providing the best resources, tools and systems to make your team efficient and optimize their efforts
  • Work with Recruiting and people team on not only growing your team but also growth development of your team
  • Oversee on-boarding and ramp up of new BDR’s + iterate on onboarding process

The ideal candidates would have experience with the following:

  • Enterprise SaaS sales
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Has been a successful BDR or Account executive themselves
  • Thinking in an operations capacity when it comes to metrics, SFDC, onboarding and optimization
  • Martech experience is a plus
  • Retail Experience is a plus
