Manager, Channel Partnerships
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing and working closely with the Growth team, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and executing channel partnership opportunities. You ideally already have experience identifying and building partnerships end to end. At the very least, you have shown that you can successfully execute in a role that combines both strategy and operations. In this role, you must think big picture about how to acquire customers by leveraging the networks of Knotel’s target customer. From there, you must take this concept of networks and continue expanding outward.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, build, and manage a set of partner relationships in order to grow revenue and thought leadership
- Build operational workflows to support partnerships, working cross-functionally with the Growth team
- Work closely with both the Demand Gen and Growth Marketing teams to identify partner collateral and campaigns
- Define KPIs to track and measure success of partnerships channel
Who You Are
- Self-starter who has the ability to both ideate and get his or her hands dirty
- Analytical and process oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally 2+ years of partnership experience at a high-growth startup
- Some travel may be required
