ABOUT THE ROLE:


Reonomy is looking for a goal-oriented, driven & positive Manager, Customer Success - Support to join our expanding team! Our Customer Success team is high-performing in all that it does, and requires an experienced Customer Success leader who will continue to refine and build out our customer experience approach. You will be responsible for managing, coaching and growing our amazing, enthusiastic and fun team of Customer Support Specialists. Additionally, you'll partner with sales, product and engineering sharing product feedback to ensure desired outcomes for our customers while also keeping what's best for our business top of mind. You will create and use best practices to enhance our current processes and lead strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing retention with our customers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and coach a handful of Customer Support Specialists to ensure development of CS team members and positive work environment/culture while also continuing to scale the team as we grow
  • Design best practices and procedures that support a top notch customer experience, including onboarding experience and capturing product feedback
  • Optimize team performance utilizing key metrics and coaching methods
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience
  • Promote & encourage ongoing professional development for Customer Support Specialist team members

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3-4+ years of CS experience at a fast growing SaaS startup within a support environment
  • Proven track record of delivery in a Customer Success environment with a focus on increasing customer NPS, engagement, and retention
  • Proficient in Salesforce an Intercom
  • Inspiring leader with the ability to rally a team towards hitting key KPIs and providing an exceptional experience for our customers, while empowering team members to embody our core values day-in and day-out
  • Skilled at identifying process improvements and operational excellence within a growing team
  • Strong understanding of Outreach and Hubspot
