WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Experience with deal making, media buying, managing publisher/ssp/exchange relationships, account management, and able to prioritize between a hundred different things at once. You love learning new technology and teaching it to others. You’re as comfortable diving into Excel to analyze a problem as you are with taking one of our partners out for dinner. You’re a self-starter and can set your own priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage and grow our relationships with SSPs and premium publishers in the US
  • Support day to day partner management functions across inventory partnerships
  • Interface directly with publishers and SSP partners for troubleshooting and activation across inventory deals
  • Provide support in contract negotiations and integrations with new SSP partners in the US
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform
  • Attend key client meetings as a subject matter expert
  • Work closely with Inventory Partnerships team to activate new partnerships
  • Become an expert on in the management and deployment of deals via the TTD platform

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • BA/BS and 3-5 years of online advertising experience required; 1+ years of client-facing experience
  • Proven track record of building partnerships by forging a strong relationship with vendors and clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work cross functionally with many teams
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
  • Attention to detail & top notch organizational skills
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Expertise in working with DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus
