Position Overview:

As the Manager of Sales Development Representatives at Catalyst, you will directly lead a team of 6-8 quota-carrying SDRs, focused on generating net new opportunities. This role reports to the Head of Sales.


What You’ll Do:

  • Coach!: Our sales team has a growth mindset and you will be directly responsible for coaching and developing the SDRs through training, 1x1s, role plays, outbound strategy sessions, and joining discovery calls.
  • Scale: Catalyst is growing and you will be responsible for building processes within the sales motion that can scale. 
  • Build the team: Attract, develop and retain top talent, by contributing to an empowering, trust-oriented and performance-based culture.
  • Deliver the number: Ensure quarterly revenue targets are achieved
  • Be a creator: help the SDR team continue to be creative with prospecting ideas, messaging, sequencing, marketing handoffs and more. 
  • Manage change: Catalyst is a fast-growing startup. The only thing constant here is change. You will be responsible for leading the team through change by leading with ‘why’ and providing clarity on ‘what, when, and how’


What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a track record of success in delivering against team targets. 
  • A deep understanding of the day in the life of an SDR and aptitude to navigate objections, discovery calls within a competitive and technical sales cycle 
  • Passion for coaching, ‘rolling up your sleeves’ and joining SDRs on sales calls.
  • Ability to communicate priorities and gain alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Growth mindset, showing that abilities can be developed through dedication, hard work, and receptivity to feedback
  • Experience in the Customer Success space a plus but not required
