Manager, Sales Development

We are growing quickly and in search of a Sales Development Manager to partner with the Director of Business Development, CRO and other GTM department heads to establish and maintain scalable processes across the entire customer journey. As a data-driven, fast-growing SaaS + Fintech business, the opportunities to think outside the box and make outsized impacts will be plentiful.
In this role you will report directly to the Director of Business Development, partner closely with other key executives, and be a leader in finding scalable growth opportunities for the business.
Job Description
- Create a culture of coaching among your team through role plays, effective 1:1s, call reviews and team meetings
- Coach the team on sales methodology by leveraging mock-call exercises & role plays to continue developing a strong foundation of sales skills
- Implement, improve, and standardize key sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute new strategies for prospecting and outbound efforts that will be scaled across the Sales team
- Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
- Meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI's
- Leverage your ideas, creativity and experience to help contribute to the overall sales development pipeline strategy
- Build and coach high-performing BDRs to the next exceptional Account Executives and Account Managers
- Keeping up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market
Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a sales managerial role, preferably in a sales development as well as1 year minimum of additional previous sales experience as an individual contributor
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment and remain flexible and adaptable to changing conditions in a fast-paced, growing company
- Ability to learn quickly, always searching for ways to expand your knowledge
- Mentoring and coaching your team to success motivates and excites you
- You have to have a passion for sales and sales processes
- Proficient knowledge of tools such as SalesForce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo
