Manager, Sales Operations 

Medly is a patient-first digital pharmacy that delivers free, same-day prescription medication throughout the nation. Our mission is to elevate the healthcare journey for all patients - regardless of income, lifestyle, or diagnosis.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Manager, to develop and refine sales strategy, oversee sales execution and reporting, and implement scalable systems & processes. In this unique and critical role, you will identify opportunities for growth and scalability, and own projects from conception, to strategy, to execution.

What you will do: 

  • Be responsible for setting growth targets and accurate sales reporting & dashboards
  • Partner with Sales Leadership & Operations Leadership to refine go-to-market coverage and sales methodology
  • Develop and document process workflows & sales playbooks
  • Proactively identify and solve pain points within the organization and sales process 
  • Improve the efficiency of the sales force
  • Help lead sales planning efforts and monthly business reviews
  • Develop sales territory planning strategy, and oversee lead assignment processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners

What experience you have:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
  • Experience leading teams and managing people 
  • Working knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Advanced Excel & analytics skills 
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and information in written and verbal form to stakeholders of all levels

Our HQ in Brooklyn is unique - on the bottom floor is our pharmacy, and top two are where corporate sits. We're also right by an awesome food scene!
