How Does This Position Help VTS Succeed?

VTS is looking for a sharp, self-motivated sales professional to join our sales team as a Sales Manager. If you are an amazing leader, with organization skills and a strong work ethic, who enjoys the challenge of making a sale and helping clients succeed. We want you!

What Makes This Job Awesome?

  • Manage a team of successful Account Executives of all levels who possess innate instincts for process, organization, proactive decision-making and follow-through
  • Follow VTS framework for understanding client’s goals, initiatives, and business outcomes within leasing and asset management
  • Ensure on-time contract renewals
  • Achieve industry leading client retention
  • Execute on account plans that deliver maximum revenue potential
  • Prepare clients to maximize new products and industry changes
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives the value of VTS solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
  • Prepare the team to evangelize the VTS vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, Industry groups, and account specific initiatives
  • Form relationships with senior decision makers, asset managers and brokers at the top commercial real estate firms across the country

What Makes You A Great Fit?

  • A proven track record in a revenue generating role
  • Ability to build great relationships, quickly gain credibility and demonstrate presence and enthusiasm with executives, managers, and front-line employees
  • Understanding client business objectives
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate (ownership or brokerage sides), financial product or service sales or SaaS sales
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Experience executing on-time renewals
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and business model innovation and a predilection for self-motivated, independent thinking are mandatory
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
