In the Manager of Account Management role, you will lead a team of 8-10 Account Managers who are responsible for a critical aspect of our revenue growth and retention. The group you will lead is focused on cross-selling and upselling our existing customer base to maximize the revenue potential of all of our clients. You will partner with senior sales leadership to develop new strategies for a team that is redefining revenue growth at Zocdoc. We are looking for a strong leader who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and is passionate about increasing the success of their team.
What You'll Do
- Identify ways to improve the team’s strategies that drive additional revenue from our existing client base
- Use Salesforce.com to track team metrics, maintain pipeline and forecast reports for your team and report data to senior leadership on a regular basis
- Coach, mentor and develop individual team members to maximize their strengths
- Work cross-functionally with other department leaders to advocate for customer needs
Qualifications
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years directly managing a team of sales reps or account managers
- Proven past success in a consultative selling environment; SaaS experience a plus
- Experience with data analysis and reporting; Salesforce.com experience a plus
- A 4-year college degree
