The Manager, Strategic Partnerships is a highly motivated, self starter who will be a key player in developing, maintaining, and executing on strategic partnerships to support letgo’s business goals and product roadmap development. The right candidate will be analytically driven, with strong communication and organizational skills. This role will be highly cross-functional, acting as the liaison between business development, product development, and engineering teams.

Your challenge:

  • Identify, contract with, and onboard new partners (as well as manage existing ones) who are eager to take letgo to market supporting our strategic goals

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, vendors, and third parties

  • Meet and consult regularly with partners to understand priorities, review performance, and share product updates

  • Understand at a functional and technical level how letgo’s products and technologies work in order to provide valuable insight to internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop processes to maximize integration efficiency, provide excellent client support and escalate partner feedback to necessary stakeholders

  • Work cross-functionally with internal parties (Product, Engineering, Business Development, Legal, Marketing) to build and optimize new products and/or partnerships

  • Drive the business development team's contribution of market requirements to the product development team

  • Conduct data driven analysis to support and promote value-added business decisions

  • Work with internal partners to set, track and analyze key performance indicators of partnership activity — measuring effectiveness and performance of partners, presenting actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Research and identify new partnership and market opportunities for letgo to optimize

To get there, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus

  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in business development or strategic partnerships with SaaS/technology platforms

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

  • Knowledge of google applications and Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced or start-up environment

  • Knowledge in the automotive, real estate, and/or jobs/services industries (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail, highly analytical, and solution-oriented

  • Availability to travel to our Barcelona office

  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
