National Head of Consulting
This role will be a critical leadership position in the growth of the Benefits sector of the Namely business. It will oversee the overall benefits consulting practice, and will be responsible for creating processes, coaching the team, training, and meeting both internally and externally with clients, in helping to maintain the overall positive experience of the Namely customers. You’re ultimately responsible for the overall retention and growth of the Namely Benefits Brokerage book of business.
Responsibilities
- Building of processes within the consulting practice
- Assisting of delivery with complex renewals
- Maintaining high level client relationships
- Partnering with carrier partners on building the Namely brand externally
- Oversight of the book of business
- Continued training development for existing staff and new hires
Requirements
- Must have strong leadership experience
- 12-15 years experience in benefits consulting
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience building processes & scaling a team
- Strong communication skills and proven history of collaborating across functions
Nice to Have
- Experience managing managers
- Masters Degree
