As a New Business Development Representative at Particle Health, you will generate new business opportunities through prospecting and qualifying Particle’s target accounts. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the Particle team to prioritize opportunities and source new deals.
What You'll Do
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through cold outreach and email campaigns
- Prospect, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists within a defined category
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using Particle’s qualification criteria
- Conduct high level discovery calls with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts
- Provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to the Account Executive
- Consistently achieve quota to ensure revenue and growth objectives
- Use and maintain the HubSpot system according to Particle’s standards; provide metrics on leads
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree; and 2-4 years professional experience in a lead generation role
- Track record of success in a lead generation role
- Excellent written/verbal interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- The ambition and hope to grow and advance a career in sales
- Customer-facing experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Prospecting experience is a plus
