The Role:

At SwagUp, we are all about creating an experience for our clients. Our Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in ensuring our clients are set up for success with SwagUp! They serve as the first touchpoint for clients when being introduced to our technology. This role is perfect for anyone wanting to step into sales or marketing.  It’s the training ground for understanding our technology and clients. Our Onboarding Specialist works closely with marketing and tech teams on improving our products and services. SwagUp works with top companies like Google, CNN, University Of Delaware, Walmart, just to name a few. Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding clients to our SwagUp Dashboard 

  • Providing clients with Dashboard Tours and answering questions they might have along the way

  • Actively working with clients on their swag projects and how the dashboard can help them 

  • Enhancing overall client experience & collecting feedback 

  • Setting up calls with clients after their order is complete to ensure satisfaction

  • Being process-driven and helping clients follow along

  • Assist clients with Swag options and how to implement projects 

  • Work on the full lifecycle of client onboarding

  • Educate clients on new implementations & updates 

  • Working with Marketing & Tech teams on improvements & feedback clients are providing

Ideal Candidate:

•  Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

•  Must have a basic understanding of technology or fascination of it 

•  Problem solvers or someone who loves to build new ideas from start to finish

•  Self-motivated individual who strives to go above and beyond to do what’s best for customers

•  Can work simultaneously on multiple projects

•  Must be coachable, willing to learn, and grow. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to learn from top marketing, sales, and tech experts 

•  Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce

•  Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in

•  Ability to quickly build rapport with customers

•  Questions the status quo and isn’t afraid to speak up
