Jackpocket is seeking an Operations Associate to help expand operations into new markets, improve operational processes, and maintain operational quality control. This person will be responsible for going into new markets and setting up new Jackpocket retail and processing center facilities from scratch, routinely visiting existing locations to ensure all standards are being met, and helping manage and improve operations across the country. The Operations Associate will report to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• For new markets
• Find commercial real estate to lease that meets Jackpocket’s standards and ideals for our retail/processing center facilities
• Negotiate lease terms
• Manage small build outs in space
• Physically set up retail space and processing center including inventory, POS, shelving, desks, networking, computers, printers, and scanners
• Hire and train employees
• For existing markets
• Make routine visits to ensure all procedures are being done properly
• Hire and train employees
• Remotely manage employees
• Procedural improvements
• Help identify bottlenecks in Operations and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Help create and improve training materials and processes

Must haves:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Willingness to travel often
• Tech savvy and can perform basic technical troubleshooting
• Can work independently and complete tasks from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Comfortable managing part time employees
