Outbound Sales Specialist
Cadre is building a technology-driven investment platform for commercial real estate, opening up access to a 16 trillion dollar asset class favored by private equity firms, hedge funds, and institutional investors. We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist who can join our Sales team to help us source, and qualify leads for our sales team. This role will be temporary to start, with the opportunity for permanent hire.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set task notifications in CRM for the sales team for leads with accurate contact information
- Validate and enrich contact information of prospects and review leads to check for minimum quality criteria
- Flag tasks and duplicate data records as redundant if data in CRM indicates lead should not be pursued
- Enter lead generation contact data into CRM and route to Inside Sales team for pursuit
WHAT YOU HAVE
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a process-driven team environment
- Attention to detail in working with internal data systems such as CRM, SalesForce.com, etc.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information as it relates to improving process
- Independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google G Suite
